INGREDIENTS:
Chillies, Spices, Onion, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Lemongrass, Sugar, Salt & Sodium Benzoate (E211).
CURRY MEAT COOKING METHOD:
(Sufficient for 4-6 persons)
1) Pour 1 packet of Sheen Curry paste mix into a wok with some small slice onion (optional) & fry for 1 minute.
2) Add chicken or other types of meat (1kg) & potatoes (500g) into the wok & fry for another 2 minutes.
3) Add in 600ml water & stir thoroughly & boil till meat is cooked.
4) Add in 250ml of coconut milk or evaporated milk, once the gravy boiled again, you may serve it.
STORAGE:
Once opened, consume within 3 days. Best kept refrigerated.
