INGREDIENTS:
Chillies, Vegetable Oil, Onion, Garlic, Spices, Sugar, Salt, & Sodium Benzoate (E211)
CURRY VEGETABLE COOKING METHOD:
(Sufficient for 4-6 persons)
1) Pour 1 packet of Sheen Curry paste mix into a pot and stir fry for 1 minute & pour in 600ml water.
2) Add in about 800g of vegetable (e.g. long bean, cabbage, brinjal & fried tofu puff) into the gravy and simmer till vegetable is cooked.
3) Add in tomato & coconut milk (250ml) into the gravy and when gravy boiled, you may serve it.
ASSAM SEAFOOD COOKING METHOD:
(Sufficient for 4-6 persons)
1) Pour 1 packet of Sheen curry paste mix into a wok and fry for about 1 minute.
2) Add in seafood (e.g. prawn, fish or cuttlefish 1kg) and stir fry till seafood is cooked.
3) Add in 50ml of Assam water & you may serve it when gravy boiled.
STORAGE:
Once opened, consume within 3 days. Best kept refrigerated.
