INGREDIENTS:
Onion, Lemongrass, Chili, Spices, Dried Shrimp, Oil, Sugar, Tamarind, Sodium Benzoate(E211) & Salt.
Cooking Method For Steaming:
1.Use 1 packet of SHEEN PORTUGUESE STYLE fish paste.
2.1 piece of medium size fish weighing 600g.
3.Steam fish for about 10 minutes ,then pour in SHEEN PORTUGUESE STYLE fish paste into fish.
4.Let it steam for another 5 to 7 minutes
to allow the SHEEN PORTUGUESE fish paste to settle into the fish.
Cooking Method For -FRY:
1.Use 1 packet of SHEEN PORTUGUESE STYLE fish paste.
2.600G of prawns/squid & 2 pieces of onions.
3.Pour SHEEN PORTUGUESE STYLE fish paste into a sauce pan and stir fry with sliced onions for 5 minutes ,then
add in 600g prawns/squid and stir fry again.
4.Add in 200ml of water and continue cooking until prawns/squid is ready for serving.
STORAGE:
Store in a Cool & Dry place. Once opened, consume within 3 days & keep in fridge.
