INGREDIENTS:
Chilli, Oil, Shallot, Lemongrass, Garlic, Assam, Sugar, Salt, Lemon Juice,
Kaffir Lime Leaves & Sodium Benzoate (E211).
COOKING METHOD:
(Sufficient for 5-6 persons)
1) Stir fry 1 packet of Sheen Tom Yam paste until fragrant.
2) Add in water 600ml - 800ml (3-4 bowls), tomatoes, vegetable, all type of seafood (600g) & some chilli padi.
3) When food added in is cooked, you may add in some peppermint leaves & lime juice as optional.
