INGREDIENTS:
Chillies, vegetarian oil, spices, sugar, salt & sodium benzoate.
VEGETARIAN CURRY VEGETABLES COOKING METHOD:
(Sufficient for 4-6 persons)
1) Pour 1 packet of Sheen Vegetarian curry paste mix into a pot and stir fry for 1 minute & pour in 500ml water.
2) Add in 800g of vegetable (e.g. long bean, cabbage, brinjal & fried tofu puff) into the gravy and simmer till vegetable is cooked.
3) Add in coconut milk (250ml) & tomato into the gravy and when gravy boiled, you may serve it.
VEGETARIAN ASSAM FISH/PRAWN COOKING METHOD:
(Sufficient for 4-6 persons)
1) Pour 1 packet of Sheen Vegetarian curry paste mix into a wok and fry for about 1 minute.
2) Add in vegetarian fish or prawn (600g) and fry till it is cooked.
3) Add in 50ml Assam water & you may serve it when gravy boiled.
STORAGE:
Once opened, consume within 3 days. Best kept refrigerated.
