INGREDIENTS:
Onion, Lemongrass, Palm Olein, Sugar, Salt, Chilli (8%), Galangal, Tamarind (4%), Garlic, Corn Starch,
Monosodium Glutamate E621, Turmeric, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid E330.
COOKING INSTRUCTION:
(Sufficient for 4-5 persons)
1) Stir fry 1 packet of SUN FORTUNE Assam Fish/Seafood with sliced onion until fragrant. Add in 300ml water & boil.
2) When water boiled, add in 600g fish or other sea fish. Cook at low heat for 10 minutes or until the ingredients are
cooked. Serve hot.
3) Sun Fortune Assam Fish/Seafood Paste can also use for steaming fish.
STORAGE:
Store in a Cool & Dry place. Once opened, keep chilled & consume within 3 days.
