INGREDIENTS:
Palm Olein, Shallot, Lemongrass, Garlic, Chilli (7%), Ginger, Turmeric, Salt, Candle Nut, Sugar,
Cumin Powder, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate E621), Sodium Benzoate E211.
COOKING INSTRUCTION:
(Sufficient for 6-8 persons)
1) Mix 1 packet of SUN FORTUNE Curry Paste with 1.5 kg chicken or meat with 2 potatoes (cut into pieces)
& fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
2) Add 400 to 500ml water & simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
3) Add 200 to 300ml coconut milk or low fat milk. Stir well & when boiled, ready to serve.
STORAGE:
Store in a Cool & Dry place. Once opened, keep chilled & consume within 3 days.
