Ingredients:
Onion, Galangal, Soybean Oil, Lemongrass, Chilli, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Tamarind, Turmeric, Fennel, Turmeric Leaf, Cumin, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Sodium Benzoate (E211).
Cooking Instruction:
1. Stir fry 1 packet of Sun Fortune Rendang Paste with 1kg chicken, beef or mutton pieces (cut to preferred size) for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Stir in 90ml of water and simmer with the lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is tender (add water if necessary if dish becomes too dry). Stir occasionally.
3. Stir in 90ml coconut milk (optional) or fresh/low fat milk. Bring to a quick boil and serve hot with rice or bread.
Storage:
Store in a cool & dry place. Once opened, consume within 3 days & keep in fridge.
