Sun Fortune Sambal with Shrimp Paste

INGREDIENTS:
Onion, Palm Olein, Chilli 25%, Tamarind, Sugar, Garlic, Shrimp (Crustacean) 6%, Salt,
Monosodium Glutamate E621, Shrimp (Crustacean) Paste 1% [Shrimp (Crustacean) 70%, Salt, Palm Olein],
Thickener (Modified Corn Starch El414), Sodium Benzoate (E211)

COOKING INSTRUCTION FOR SAMBAL SHRIMP PRAWN:
(Sufficient for 5-6 persons)
Stir fry 1 packet of SUN FORTUNE Sambal Shrimp Paste with 700-800g Prawn with some onions.
Add some water if too dry. Fry for about 5-8 mins. Serve hot.

COOKING INSTRUCTION FOR KANG KONG SAMBAL:
(Sufficient for 5-6 persons)
Stir fry 1 packet of SUN FORTUNE Sambal Shrimp Paste with 800g Kang Kong with some onions.
Add some water if too dry. Fry for about 5-8 mins. Serve hot.

STORAGE:
Store in a Cool & Dry place. Once opened, keep chilled & consume within 3 days.
