INGREDIENTS:
Soya Bean Oil, Galangal, Chillies (8%), Lemongrass, Fennel, Cumin, Salt, Sugar, Candlenut,
Ginger, Curry leaves, Turmeric, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate E621), Thickener (Modified starch E1422),
Preservative (Sodium Benzoate E211)
COOKING INSTRUCTION:
(Sufficient for 6-8 persons)
1) Mix 1 packet of SUN FORTUNE vegetarian curry paste into 500 to 600ml boiling water.
2) Add in 700 to 800g of fresh cabbage, long bean, brinjal (if can pre-fry) & fried tofu puff (other suitable vegetable),
simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables soften.
3) Add in 200 to 300ml coconut milk, when gravy boiled, you may serve it.
STORAGE:
Store in a Cool & Dry place. Once opened, keep chilled & consume within 3 days.
